Jim Morrison - Musician/Teacher

Guitar Lessons:

Professional music teacher and former road musician, member of the British Columbia Music Educator's Association, Jim Morrison occasionally accepts new students. Preference will be given to teachers wishing to learn guitar or upgrade their skills for use in the classroom, but if space is available, anyone wishing to open up to their musicial possibilities is welcome. Lessons will be flexibly designed to fulfill your particular needs and could range over any approach, repertoire, or sound source that would benefit you. As an alternative to focussing on guitar, instruction could center around clarinet or bass guitar.

Currently sessions are available on Tuesday evenings. Lessons are 40 minutes long, and, for individuals or comfortable groups up to 3, the cost is $30 per session. There is no charge for the initial session. This will be a time to assess our directions and compatibility. After this introductory session, we will need mutually respectful commitments to continue and to maintain a flexible best-use of our time.
