Alan McInnes of is a pioneer in the use of the Internet for community based communications.

Mr. McInnes worked for 10 years in Community Television for Cable TV and then launched, and for 13 years managed, a software company that developed computer graphic and Internet software for Cable Television and other communication industries.

Mr. McInnes is a resident of Crescent Beach and is active in community affairs.
